A Community Art Therapy Experience
Join us for a calming and creative art therapy experience that focuses on community connection and healing through the power of self-expression. Whether you're a seasoned artist or have never picked up a brush, this evening is for you.
Throughout the evening you'll meet other community members, learn gentle, therapist-led techniques, and create something uniquely your own — all in a warm, welcoming, judgment-free space.
All proceeds will be donated directly to NAMI Connecticut, the National Alliance on Mental Illness chapter that provides advocacy, education, support and public awareness so that all individuals and families affected by mental illness can build better lives.
Chrissy will guide the evening with a hands-on, therapist-led approach designed to help you slow down, breathe, and create — no experience needed.
Chrissy will guide us through the “Community Garden” directive — an invitation to paint a flower, plant, or tree that will become part of a larger community mural. The finished mural will be displayed at Berlin’s Community Center throughout the month of May, serving as a living celebration of connection and healing.
Spots are limited — secure your seat below. Every registration directly supports NAMI Connecticut.
